The Hosea was built in 1937 by A. W. Gerdsen, and is located at 3407 Clifton Avenue, in the Gaslight District, adjacent to the Clifton-Ludlow Business District. It features a brick, art-deco architectural facade in keeping with the style of the grand 1930’s apartment buildings of Cincinnati. The building contains Studio and 1 bedroom apartments.
