PDF TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
If you are unable to open PDF files on this website, try the following:
First download and install the most recent version of Adobe Reader.
If that doesn't solve the problem, try the following:
If you are opening PDF's within your browser window, try opening them outside of it.
- Open Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Go to Edit, Preferences.
- Uncheck "Display PDF in browser."
- Click "OK."
